Job Description

The job involves tasks related to the installation, upgrading, and maintenance of Operating Systems and Application Software. Additionally, it includes LAN/WAN maintenance, coordination with ISP providers, and configuring Windows servers. You will be responsible for managing Windows Active Directory, including user account creation, deletions, and maintenance. Resolving daily service desk requests and installing software on desktops based on requirements are also part of the role. Furthermore, you will configure DHCP, DNS, troubleshoot hardware issues, and manage G-suite Email Services. Updating Symantec Antivirus, maintaining system backups, and performing restorations on Windows and Linux OS are essential tasks. Knowledge of Linux OS, network configurations, and pfsense firewall is required. Configuring network hardware such as servers, WIFI routers, and switches is also part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent hardware troubleshooting skills, familiarity with testing tools for voice and data circuits, and a good understanding of organizational goals. Knowledge of data privacy practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to research networking issues are necessary. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess analytical problem-solving abilities.
