We're currently hiring an experienced Symfony Developer to help build a next-generation ERP system tailored for Germanys personnel services industry. This is not your usual CRUD workyou'll be engineering real solutions that handle complex business logic, large-scale data processing, compliance, and AI integration. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of backend development with PHP and Symfony. Deep understanding of OOP, MVC, and ORM (Doctrine). Solid experience with MySQL and writing optimized queries. Proficient in Git, Linux CLI, and Docker-based workflows. Experience building REST APIs and scalable backend services. Clear understanding of security best practices in web applications. Strong communication skills and ability to work on international projects. Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Angular or Flutter. Experience with Elasticsearch and data analytics. Familiarity with ERP, ATS, or HR software. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS). Interest in AI/ML for intelligent automation features.
