Switchyard Estimator \*Substation Estimator (Electrical * Bachelor's degree in Only Electrical Engineering Exp. :- 2-4 year Key Responsibilities Cost Estimation: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor services for substation projects. Project Analysis: Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to develop accurate and complete estimates. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and requirements. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and opportunities within the estimating process to inform decision-making. Data Management: Maintain and update historical cost data and estimating tools to reflect current market conditions and project learnings. Site Visits: Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team members, fostering professional development. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Only Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 25 years in substation or switchyard estimating, with a strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems and construction practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Primavera, Bluebeam) and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel.
