Job Description
The Retail Sweets Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales for the sweets section. You will need to work in rotational shifts and collaborate with the team to maintain quality standards and store efficiency. Supervise the retail sales team to ensure smooth operations in the sweets section. Guide and assist customers in selecting sweets based on their preferences. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns professionally. Monitor daily sales targets and work towards achieving store goals. Oversee stock levels and ensure timely restocking of sweets. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Coordinate with the production team to manage supply and demand efficiently. Ensure proper storage and handling of sweets to maintain freshness. Assign duties and monitor the performance of sales staff. Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Enforce company policies and ensure a disciplined work environment. Supervise billing counters and ensure accurate cash/card transactions. Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to the management. Ensure the sweets counter and display areas are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Implement hygiene and safety standards as per company policies. Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements. Ensure smooth shift transitions and proper handovers between teams. This is a full-time position located at the Nithya Amirtham Outlets. The benefits include food provided, health insurance, provident fund, and a yearly bonus.
