Overview The SVP & Head of Risk - Consumer Lending plays a crucial role in managing and mitigating risks associated with consumer lending activities within the organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the safety and soundness of the consumer lending portfolio while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is instrumental in safeguarding the organization's assets and reputation in the consumer lending market. About The Role Experience in financial products like Personal Loan (5L ticket size) and STPL (50k to 1L ticket size) Experience across any other financial product like BNPL, Credit via UPI, Business Loans, Credit Cards, etc. would be an added advantage but not mandatory Should have led teams of risk managers, data analysts and data scientists Should have a minimum experience of 12 years overall in the digital lending domain Should be in Bangalore (the entire process for this role will be F2F Skills: risk management,regulatory compliance,leadership,consumer lending,strategic planning,data analysis,team leadership,financial products,
