About the Role The Complaints team at Revolut is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Support Specialist to contribute to the quality assurance and enhancement of our rapidly expanding global company. In this role, you will take ownership of all complaints, ensuring a fair and transparent process. By collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for investigating issues thoroughly to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will conduct root-cause analysis, maintain quality control, and engage with regulatory bodies.
