Job Description
3LS Support Engineer
Your Role:
- Provide L3 support for production issues in customer environments
- Work on network deployment automation and defect resolution
- Escalate issues to the next level as per criticality
- Collaborate closely with customers, ensuring smooth communication & quick fixes
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT/software development & automation
- Expertise in Python & JavaScript for automation
- Cloud-native automation experience (TOSCA, mistral engine)
- Experience with OpenShift, Docker, Helm, and containers
- Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with SQL & networking is a plus
- Ability to support in a 24/7 rotational shift setup
