3LS Support Engineer


Your Role:

  • Provide L3 support for production issues in customer environments
  • Work on network deployment automation and defect resolution
  • Escalate issues to the next level as per criticality
  • Collaborate closely with customers, ensuring smooth communication & quick fixes


Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/software development & automation
  • Expertise in Python & JavaScript for automation
  • Cloud-native automation experience (TOSCA, mistral engine)
  • Experience with OpenShift, Docker, Helm, and containers
  • Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with SQL & networking is a plus
  • Ability to support in a 24/7 rotational shift setup
