Job Description

You will be responsible for handling inbound voice calls in the role of an inbound voice process agent. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries, requests, and complaints. You will be required to log complaints and requests in the CRM tool, generate leads, educate customers about new products, and ensure compliance with guidelines. Additionally, you will need to identify problems, propose solutions, and maintain a high level of knowledge about the products, processes, and systems. Meeting sales targets and adhering to monthly scorecard parameters will be essential. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to understand and interpret customer information, and a strong focus on customer service. Knowledge of banking or credit cards would be advantageous. The work timings will involve shifts starting at 6:30 am, with flexibility for female employees to work within a shift window from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. The ideal candidate should be a graduate from any stream and willing to work full-time on a permanent basis. Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is preferred. The work location will be onsite. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive health insurance benefits.
