Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Support Associate to manage communication and documentation, ensuring efficient operations between the school and parents. The ideal candidate should be capable of responding parent's calls. Key Responsibilities Communication: Handle email and phone communication with parents, addressing queries and providing timely information. Email Management: Draft, format, and send emails to parents regarding school events, updates, and other matters. Data Management: Maintain and update live sheets and Excel records to track parent interactions and school-related data. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing parent-teacher meetings, school events, and any activities involving parents. Issue Resolution: Coordinate with different departments to resolve parent concerns efficiently and escalate matters when necessary. Reporting: Provide timely reports and updates to the school management on parent communications and issues. Requirements Email drafting and communication: Ability to draft and send professionally formatted emails. Strong communication skills: Both written and verbal, for clear and effective parent interaction. Organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and keeping accurate records. Customer service experience: Previous experience in a school or customer support role is a plus. Work Conditions Full-time, Office-based role in Gurgaon. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. All Saturdays are working.
