Job Description

As a Supply Chain Planner with 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end centralized planning across procurement, inventory, production, warehousing, and distribution in the F&B, QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors, you will be responsible for the centralized end-to-end supply chain operations planning of the entire company supply chain operations in India. Your role will involve ensuring seamless planning and generation of execution plans spanning procurement, inventory management, production, warehousing, and distribution. It will be crucial for you to have a great understanding of Material Requirements Planning and a strong focus on efficient and timely delivery of raw materials and products to meet business and customer demands by actively collaborating with the respective teams. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with business goals for sourcing, production, warehousing, and logistics, assisting in the forecasting of demand and production needs, generating procurement and inventory plans, liaising with procurement, stores, and distribution teams to ensure timely monitoring of raw material and finished goods inventory across multiple locations, implementing lean inventory models to reduce waste and holding costs, maintaining adherence to shelf-life requirements and freshness of perishable items, coordinating with production and retail teams to ensure timely manufacturing & supply, managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners and in-house fleets, generating & optimizing dispatch schedules, developing contingency plans for supply disruptions, spoilage, and recalls, monitoring and mitigating supply chain risks such as seasonal shortages and logistics delays, tracking KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), fill rate, inventory turnover, evaluating performance through dashboards, data analytics, and regular reviews. To excel in this role, you will need in-depth knowledge of materials planning and logistics, strong collaboration, analytical, and leadership skills, hands-on experience with supply chain planning software, and the ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial, Production Engineering, or Operations Research is required. A Master's degree or PG Diploma or equivalent experience would be preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana. Relocation or reliable commuting to the work location is required. You should have at least 4 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, and 3PL coordination, multi-location planning, perishable goods, and the use of MRP tools/ERP platforms.
