Purpose of the role: Responsible for Global Supply Chain control tower | New Products Cell | Inventory Controller | Supply Chain Projects Roles & Responsibilities: A supply chain control tower enables organizations to understand, prioritize and resolve critical issues in real time more fully. Supply chain control tower is designed to provide deeper end-to-end (E2E) visibility across the supply chain. Responsible for Global Supply Chain control tower handling the below across the businesses for Alkem: Inventory control & management Supply chain improvement Projects AOP | LRP New Product Launches & RnD batches Change management De-risking Projects Strategic & Tactical Planning IBP Implementation, AVDs for CMOs etc. Role requires Real-time end-to-end visibility. Prescriptive, predictive decision-making. Proactive collaboration with partners. Education background: MBA + Graduate Preferred Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience preferably in Pharma industry.,
