Key Responsibilities: Purchase Orders: Manage and process purchase orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Stock In-Transit Follow-Ups: Monitor and track stock in transit, resolving any delays or issues promptly. Credit Tracking: Oversee credit transactions and ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Statement Reconciliations: Perform reconciliation of statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and improve supply chain processes. MS Excel: Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining records related to supply chain activities. Qualifications: Proven experience in supply chain or logistics roles. Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
