Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer/hubs and ensure timely planning and scheduling of vehicles

• Scouting and onboarding drivers
• Manage trip sheets, on-demand sheets, vehicle spread, and driver documents required for smooth management of the vehicles

• Motivate drivers to use the latest technology and earn more
• Ensure grooming standards and other mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniforms, shoes, etc. for all drivers

• Work on implementing strategic initiatives of the company

An Ideal Candidate will be

• Bachelors degree required
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Should have a two-wheeler/ or should be able to arrange for one (Fuel charges for business trips will be reimbursed)

• Should be fluent in English and Kannada
• Bring efficiency and optimization in operations through effective use of Technology like  driver apps, route planners, delivery apps, etc.

• Polite and tactful and able to maintain composure under pressure
• Proactive and solution-orientated, able to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Utilize flexible work timings to enhance productivity
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, independent, and analytical candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment
