Job Description

You are seeking a hands-on Supply Assistant to oversee logistics and production follow-ups. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a keen eye for detail and have the ability to personally visit facilities, manage sample movements, and ensure adherence to instructions. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating both domestic and international shipments, conducting on-site visits to partner facilities for quality control purposes, handling courier bookings, tracking sample shipments, and maintaining up-to-date status logs. It will also be essential for you to regularly update internal teams on the progress of movements, any potential delays, and packaging issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of logistics and production workflows, possess strong communication and coordination skills, and be willing to travel frequently as part of your duties. Additionally, familiarity with shipment tracking tools, packaging techniques, and various courier platforms will be advantageous in ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.,
