Job Description

As a Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day operations related to electrical, electronics, or instrumentation tasks. Your duties will include performing inspections to ensure the proper functioning of electrical/electronic/instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing troubleshooting and maintenance support for equipment. You will need to coordinate with the team to efficiently complete tasks on schedule and ensure proper documentation of work performed with accurate records. Additionally, as part of your responsibilities, you will be required to travel to various sites for inspection, maintenance, or project implementation. You will also assist in the installation and commissioning of electrical/electronics/instrumentation equipment and conduct training for new staff or team members. To qualify for this position, you should have ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation. Freshers are encouraged to apply. You should possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel as required for work. Basic knowledge of MS Office is also required.
