As an experienced professional with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering enhancements in SuccessFactors EC Time Off and EC modules. Your role will involve providing thought leadership to offer best practices and solutions for meeting business requirements. This includes analyzing requirements, estimating enhancements, and providing conceptual and detailed designs to align with business needs. You will also be required to perform SAP configurations, create specifications for custom programs development, test the solutions, and coordinate with other teams for deployment support. Mentoring team members to ensure successful project delivery, collaborating with teams across various geographies, and triaging customer incidents and service requests are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving user issues by providing configurations, data updates, and workarounds. Managing problem incidents, identifying improvement opportunities, and following ITIL processes to support business operations within agreed SLAs are crucial responsibilities of this position. Your proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams will contribute to the efficient delivery of solutions and services.,
