Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finacle Core Banking modules at Yethi Consulting Pvt. Ltd., your role will encompass leveraging your expertise in Finacle Core Banking systems, business analysis, and testing. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that banking solutions align with user requirements and regulatory compliance, all while supporting robust test strategies. Your key responsibilities will include acting as an SME for Finacle Core Banking modules, conducting end-to-end Business Analysis for system enhancements or new implementations, gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, collaborating with QA teams to ensure thorough test coverage and scenario validation, supporting SIT/UAT testing phases by reviewing test cases, data, and outcomes, as well as leading discussions with client stakeholders and internal product/technical teams. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a deep understanding of Banking workflows, regulatory norms, and functional flows, along with experience in Testing Lifecycle encompassing test planning, execution, and defect management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to excel in this position. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with BFS clients in a consulting or implementation capacity, hands-on experience with test tools and techniques, as well as previous client-facing or onsite experience.
