About the Role : We are looking for a Counsellor and Senior Counsellor for our Bangalore Branches (WFO). You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth. Locations : HSR Layout - UK Jayanagar - Aus/NZ/Europe MG Road - UK The charter for this role will include : Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas) Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings Report & Data Management Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets Pipeline forecast & Management Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Ideal Persona would : The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory) 1+ Years of experience in study abroad. Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences Experience in working with CRMs is desirable. Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred) Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools. Hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers.
