We're looking for a Studio Lead to take ownership of our creative output and lead our team with clarity, confidence, and vision. What Youll Do: Oversee the end-to-end design process across multiple architecture and interior projects Mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture Review and refine concept presentations, technical drawings, and site coordination documents Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and excellence Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a high degree of accountability Who You Are: 310 years of professional experience in architecture/interiors, with strong project leadership background A portfolio that demonstrates both creative excellence and technical execution Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; Revit knowledge is a plus Exceptional communicator, both visually and verbally Based in Delhi or willing to relocate Why Join Us: At Melange, we dont just build spaceswe craft narratives through architecture.
