In this role, you'll play a key part in guiding them through the admission process with clarity, empathy, and efficiency. What You'll Do Respond promptly to student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits. Offer clear, accurate information about our courses, fee structure, and admission procedures. Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and suggest suitable programs. Follow up consistently with leads to ensure high conversion rates. Keep student records updated in the CRM system with attention to detail. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience. Work towards achieving monthly admission targets set by the management. Provide ongoing support and resolve queries to ensure a positive student experience. What Were Looking For Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 02 years in admissions, customer service, or sales (preferably in EdTech or educational institutions). Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable working with MS Office and CRM platforms.
