Job Title: Student Manager Overseas Online Education Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Online Education / EdTech Experience: 2-5 Years Salary: Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Student Manager to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai, to support our overseas online education initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their academic journeyright from inquiry to enrolmentand maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with them. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing industry and help learners across the globe achieve their educational and career goals. Key Responsibilities:1. Student Engagement & Counseling Serve as the primary contact for prospective international students. Understand their educational backgrounds and career aspirations. Provide in-depth information about online programs, admissions, and career prospects. Guide students to choose the right programs based on individual needs. 2. Enrollment Management Assist with the full student enrolment lifecyclefrom inquiries to application, documentation, and fee submission. Ensure seamless onboarding for enrolled students by coordinating with internal teams. Follow up with leads and applicants to maximize enrolment conversions. 3. Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with students and education agents. Provide timely support and communication post-enrolment to ensure a high level of student satisfaction. Resolve student concerns and coordinate with academic/support teams as needed. 4. Operations & Coordination Work with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and lead nurturing strategies. Maintain accurate student records and track communication using CRM systems. Coordinate with program teams to support students throughout their learning journey. 5. Reporting & Performance Track and report student engagement, application progress, and conversion metrics. Meet or exceed individual and team enrolment targets. Provide regular updates and insights to the management for planning and decision-making. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling, education sales, or customer relationship roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
