As a Sales and Counseling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve allocated admission targets by effectively counseling students and parents about our courses and competitive exams. You will engage in regular interactions with students and parents, addressing their doubts and queries while handling any assigned administrative tasks. This role will also involve managing both inbound and outbound calls, with the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position should have relevant experience in sales and counseling, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Your interpersonal skills will be crucial in building relationships with students and parents, and your written and verbal communication abilities should be top-notch.
