The ideal candidate will serve as a primary resource for students, guiding them in academic, personal, and social matters while collaborating with various departments to promote student success and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Support and Advising:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.

    • Offer guidance on academic policies, procedures, and available resources.

    • Assist students with personal issues and connect them to counseling and support services when necessary.

    • Provide mediation and support for students facing conflicts or grievances.

  • Student Engagement and Activities:

    • Plan, organize, and coordinate student activities, workshops, and events to enhance campus life.

    • Collaborate with student organizations and leadership programs to foster student involvement.

    • Promote and facilitate student participation in extracurricular activities and community service projects.

  • Academic Coordination:

    • Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance to help students achieve their goals.

    • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to support at-risk students and improve retention rates.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and interventions.

    • Assist in managing student databases, tracking academic performance, and monitoring attendance.

    • Prepare reports and analyze statistical data related to student affairs activities and outcomes.

  • Policy and Compliance:

    • Ensure students comply with institutional policies and procedures.
