HIRING for Structured Cabling System (SCS) Supervisor For ICAD, Saudi Arabia Structured Cabling System (SCS) Supervisor Job Description Company: ICAD, Saudi Arabia Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field Job Responsibilities: Supervise the installation, termination, testing, and maintenance of structured cabling systems (SCS), including fiber optic and copper cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7). Lead and manage a team of technicians for network cabling projects in commercial, industrial, and data center environments. Ensure proper cable routing, dressing, labeling, and termination following BICSI, TIA/EIA, and local standards. Oversee the installation of cable trays, conduits, racks, and patch panels for structured cabling systems. Conduct site surveys, inspections, and testing using OTDR, Fluke testers, and fiber splicing tools. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, signal losses, and network infrastructure problems. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance. Prepare and maintain documentation, including cable layouts, as-built drawings, and reports. Train and guide technicians on industry best practices and safety procedures. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in structured cabling, fiber optics, and network cabling projects. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Fusion Splicing, OTDR Testing, and Cable Certification Tools (Fluke, etc.). Expertise in network rack installations, patch panels, and structured cabling hardware. Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
