Structural Drafter Location: Pallikkara, Ernakulam, India Start Date: Immediate start About Us ProDes (Parent Company : Donz Atelier) Consulting Engineers is an Australian structural engineering firm focused on Class 1 residential buildings. Were expanding operations through our India office in Pallikkara, Ernakulam, and are looking for an experienced Structural Drafter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong drafting background and familiarity with Australian building standards who is ready to contribute to high-quality residential documentation. Role & Responsibilities Prepare structural drawings and documentation for Class 1 residential projects (slabs, frames, steelwork, footings, retaining walls) Work closely with engineers and team leaders to produce accurate, buildable drawings Interpret mark-ups and design sketches from engineers Coordinate revisions and updates based on client and engineering feedback Maintain drawing standards and quality assurance procedures Collaborate with the Australian office via online communication tools Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Certificate in Civil/Structural Drafting (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years of experience in structural drafting Prior experience with Australian residential projects is highly preferred Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a bonus Familiarity with structural elements like slabs, frames, footings, bracing, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good written and spoken English must be able to communicate with overseas teams effectively What We Offer Work on real Australian residential projects from India Exposure to international standards and practices Supportive work culture with technical guidance Competitive salary based on experience Long-term opportunity with career growth potential Apply Now Send your resume and sample drawings (if available) to admin@prodes.com.au Be part of our mission to deliver smart, buildable residential designefficiently and accurately.,
