The role within Orange Business Digital Technology is focused on being a trusted technology business partner, delivering exceptional digital experiences to customers, partners, and employees. The aim is to simplify and modernize the existing IT stack and introduce a new IT platform to support the launch of the next generation of products. The Chief Operating Office direction of Digital Technology is responsible for defining the strategy and transformation plan, ensuring effective execution, maximizing value, and mobilizing resources for key strategic projects within a defined budget framework. The Strategy & Transformation project manager position involves driving or participating in transformation and strategy evolution projects for Digital Technology. Reporting to the Strategy & Transformation Director of Digital Technology / Chief Operating Office, the Project Manager will define project objectives, deliverables, and key indicators, identify strategic stakes, propose project organization and governance, mobilize key resources, monitor project execution and results, and lead change management efforts. The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications and characteristics: - IT Engineer or consulting experience with a strong IT background - Project management experience - Market knowledge and ability to analyze and define strategic directions - Results and value-oriented mindset - Drive, autonomy, initiative, transparency, and proactivity - Good communication skills and ability to adapt to different levels within the organization - Ability to listen, provide feedback, address concerns, and ensure project goals are met - Capacity to think creatively, adapt to change, and foster collaboration across teams - Caring, responsible, and bold attitude - Ability to develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders - Comfortable with international English, French language skills are a plus.,
