Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Staff member to join our team. You will assist customers, manage inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
• Provide product information and promote sales.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Perform stock checks and manage inventory.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or returns professionally.
• Support team members and participate in store promotions or events.
• Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] kg.
