Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers and assist them in finding products. Provide product information and recommendations. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Sales & Promotions Promote store offers and discounts. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue. Process transactions at the cash register. Stock & Merchandising Arrange products attractively on shelves. Monitor stock levels and restock items when needed. Assist in inventory counts and stock management. Store Maintenance Keep the store clean and well-organized. Ensure proper labeling and pricing of items. Follow company policies and security procedures. Essential Skills & Qualifications Sales & Persuasion Skills Ability to convince customers and boost sales. Customer Service Skills Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude.
