Position: Store Merchandiser / Retail Planner Location:- Hebbal, Bengaluru Full time, Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Store Merchandiser / Retail Planner to manage product placement, inventory planning, and sales forecasting. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, store managers, and marketing teams to optimize store layouts, enhance customer experience, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Responsible to do store visit on daily basis in multiple location and maintain the materials Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales. Plan and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability across all retail locations. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries. Track and evaluate store performance, providing recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns effectively. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure merchandising plans are executed correctly. Requirements: 10th and Above Own bike or scotty is mandatory Proven experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or store planning. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
