A store manager is required for the day-to-day operations of a laundry store. You will be in charge of many aspects of the store, including: Sales: Meeting sales goals and increasing sales Inventory: Ordering inventory and holding inventory Staff: Coaching, motivating, and counselling staff, as well as disciplining them Customer experience: Optimizing the customer experience Budget: Preparing the annual budget and scheduling expenditures Supervision: Supervise the store and ensure all departments in the store function properly Optimum utilization of manpower & Team Development Customer Satisfaction/ Service, Avoid stock outs, loss of sale Loss Prevention, Customer Satisfaction & Service Smooth Stores operation Statutory Compliances About Company: Tumbledry is India's largest laundry, dry clean & shoe cleaning chain with 1000+ stores in 360+ cities.
