Dark Store Manager FirstClub (Bangalore) Shift-based | Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred At FirstClub, were redefining premium grocery and lifestyle shopping in the quick-commerce space. Were looking for hands-on, driven Dark Store Managers who can run the show across shifts, lead teams with energy, and uphold FirstClubs commitment to excellence. What Youll Do: Own daily store operations across your shift from inventory accuracy to on-time dispatches Lead, train, and motivate a team of pickers, packers, and runners to meet daily performance targets Ensure quality control every product that goes out must match our gold standard Monitor inbound and outbound flows, coordinate with delivery teams for efficient order routing Track key metrics order accuracy, fulfillment time, shrinkage, manpower productivity Implement SOPs, maintain hygiene & safety standards at all times Drive shift handovers with clarity and accountability Solve on-ground problems in real-time whether tech, people, or stock-related Be the stores point person for audits, escalations, and exception handling Shifts (Rotational or Fixed): Morning: 5:00 AM 2:00 PM Afternoon: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM Night: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM Youre a Great Fit if You Have: 2 to 6 years of experience managing dark stores or warehouses in quick-commerce/retail/e-commerce Proven track record of managing teams and hitting ops metrics Familiarity with tech platforms for inventory/order management Grit, speed, and a strong eye for detail Bangalore-based or willing to relocate Why Join FirstClub Youll be at the core of building a high-trust, high-quality brand thats disrupting how India shops for premium and everyday products.
