Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently. Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies for improvement. Team Management Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff. Create staff schedules and manage attendance. Motivate and lead the team to achieve store goals. Operations & Inventory Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and minimize shrinkage. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
