Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our jewellery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and managing inventory and staff performance. This role requires a blend of leadership, sales expertise, and operational acumen in a luxury retail environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive store sales and meet or exceed sales targets through effective team leadership.

  • Ensure an exceptional and personalised customer experience that reflects the brand's values.

  • Build strong client relationships and manage VIP clientele through follow-ups and tailored services.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates and support staff.

  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular staff evaluations.

  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

  • Schedule shifts and manage store manpower efficiently.

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily operations including opening, closing, and cash handling.

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

  • Ensure all safety, security, and compliance procedures are followed.

  • Monitor and control expenses, and optimise store profitability.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Oversee stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and head office for timely stock replenishment.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper care, handling, and security of high-value jewellery items.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share with management.

  • Analyse sales trends, customer data, and inventory levels to make informed decisions.

  • Implement promotional strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
