The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction Manage daily store operations and staff scheduling Train, motivate, and lead the showroom team Maintain inventory and ensure proper visual merchandising Prepare sales reports and monitor performance metrics Requirements 15 years of retail management experience (footwear/fashion preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Proficiency in POS and basic MS Office tools Skills: communication skills,operations,communication,customer service,pos,ms office,retail management,leadership,sales,
