Job Description
You should have a strong understanding of front-end retail operations, particularly in the context of selling and providing customer service. Your knowledge of jewellery, specifically gold and diamond pieces, should be comprehensive. You must possess adept selling skills, especially in the domain of gold and diamond jewellery. Candidates with a background in other luxury goods will also be taken into consideration. Experience in below-the-line (BTL) and above-the-line (ATL) activities is essential. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 5-15 years of experience in the jewellery sector, specifically in front-end retail operations, potentially in a store manager role. It is preferred that this experience is gained within an established retail brand.,
