Job Description As the Store Manager at Jewelbox, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and cultivate lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates. Create a positive and inclusive work environment. Drive sales performance through effective strategies and training. Manage store inventory and ensure accurate stock levels. Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty. Maintain store appearance and oversee operations. Ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Submit analysis reports and maintain audit compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales performance and employee engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and motivate team members. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
