Job Title: Store Manager OM GENERAL STORE Location: JAMALPUR Job Type: Full-Time Salary: [10,000-15,000] Job Description: OM GENERAL STORE is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, providing excellent customer service, supervising staff, recruiting new employees, and ensuring smooth store operations, including timely opening and closing. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Open and close the store on time, ensuring smooth daily operations. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and prevent shortages. Customer Service: Assist customers, address inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively. Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and manage employees to maintain efficiency and teamwork. Hiring & Training: Recruit and onboard new staff members as needed. Sales & Promotions: Implement sales strategies to increase revenue. Cash Handling & Billing: Oversee daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Store Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company policies and safety regulations. Requirements: Experience in retail/store management (preferred in grocery or FMCG sector). Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of inventory and billing software is a plus.
