Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager, Store
Location: Nashik
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Commerce or similar graduation course having exposure on Inventory Management and Store Handling.

Application for the post of Assistant Manager, Store
Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Ensure GRN as per material movement.
  •  Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools
  •  Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory on six monthly and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned.
  •  Monitoring of routine MRP items & critical production related bottle neck items and its reporting
  •  Have seamless communication with all internal stake holders like Purchase, Production, Inhouse Manufacturing, Finance, Design, etc.
  •  Preparing reports like monthly/weekly MIS, reporting deviations and control measures
  •  Create and Follow SOP for material storage and movement part code wise
  •  Inventory & Ware house management
  •  Lead store department

Knowledge / Skills:

  •  Knowledge on stores best practices like 5S
  •  Inventory management expertise to manage multiple type of components
  •  Sound communication skills withing cross functional team
  •  Taking ownership for all store activities
  •  Responsible for physical stock checking/variance as per timelines
  •  Knowledge on process management through Oracle like daily gate pass, store inward entry  GRN/SRN, MRP etc.
  •  Fair techno-commercial knowledge in mechanical components, brought out items, hygiene items, basic min-max items etc
  •  Should have fair idea of purchase process & logistics
  •  Good knowledge on MS Excel
