Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities.
Staff Supervision & Management

Conduct regular stock audits and manage reorder levels.
Customer Service Excellence

Sales & Revenue Tracking
Monitor daily sales performance and drive team to achieve targets.
Implement sales strategies and promotions.
Cash Handling & Billing Oversight
Ensure accurate billing and secure cash management.
Reconcile daily cash and card transactions.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure products are well-displayed and follow brand guidelines.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff.
Maintain compliance records and documentation.
Store Cleanliness & Safety
Maintain hygiene and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Liaison with Suppliers & Management
Coordinate with vendors for stock and supplies.
