Overview The Store Head plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the store. They are responsible for leading the store team, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Store Head sets the strategic direction for the store and ensures that it meets revenue and profit targets, upholds the company's high standards, and provides a positive shopping experience for customers.
