Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirement to maintain minimum stock value, Upload material Count in system Material Order, material transfer, follow up for delivery and processing challans. Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimum stock values. . Overall responsibility for store /Purchase functions (Construction) . Verify process of store Management-Receipts & Issues, Inspection of material, Material Handling & storage, Control on wastage. Create Indent/GRN/Issue entry. . Material & Purchase requisition with proper justifications along with correct supportive points (Budget, Material code) Timely action to control/liquidate non-moving, slow-moving items. Continuous & timely follow-ups with vendors for their pending materials as per purchase order. Monitoring the closure of all breakdown and PPM orders. Monthly & Quarterly material consumption report. Required skills: Minimum 2- 3 year of experience in real estate industry Store.
