Responsibilities - Assist customers with inquiries about products, promotions, and store layout effectively. - Ensure all shelves are fully stocked, organized, and presentable at all times. - Handle products carefully when restocking to prevent damage and maintain quality. - Execute price checks and ensure accurate product pricing throughout the store. - Support cashier operations during peak shopping hours to enhance customer service. - Perform daily inventory checks and report discrepancies to the store manager promptly. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including restrooms and fitting rooms. - Assist in setting up promotional displays and make sure they are visually appealing. - Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and service goals. - Process customer returns and exchanges quickly and courteously, following store policies. - Adhere to all store security protocols to minimize theft and ensure safety. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
