Job Description: As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with their product selection and inquiries. Your duties will include operating the cash register, ensuring accurate transactions, restocking shelves, labeling products, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. It will also be your responsibility to keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. You will support promotional activities and assist in setting up displays. Additionally, handling returns, exchanges, and resolving customer complaints professionally will be part of your daily tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provision and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location for this position is in person.
