Position: Store Assistant Location: Silvassa Experience: 3 4 Years Industries: Packaging Responsibilities: Receive the material as per Purchase order Issuance of the material to the department as per their requirement. Scrutinize the material received from the suppliers and return back the defective or incorrect items. Responsible for maintain the minimum inventory. Examine stock and dispose of obsolete stock following the organisations policy. To prepare Purchase/Work Order in the coordination with respective department, if required. To check the bills as per purchase order. Having full knowledge of computerized Inventory Management System. Having knowledge of IMS system. To prepare and maintain day to day product-wise stock report. SOP Preparation Required Skills Tally ERP Knowledge is MUST. Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills. Logical thinking. Good Communication & coordination skills.
