As the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support on Dell products, including advanced storage attached network (SAN) and network attached storage (NAS) environments, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their issues and questions. You will be responsible for analyzing log files and other relevant information to troubleshoot and resolve storage issues efficiently. In this fast-paced and customer-critical environment, you will be expected to handle complex technical problems with precision. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving processes, standards, and strategies to enhance our Support Service. A strong knowledge of Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, Block/File level management, and Disaster recovery will be highly advantageous in this role. For the Industrial Operations Engineering focus, you will be required to develop competency in your area of expertise. Your role will involve sharing your knowledge and providing guidance to your peers. By interpreting clients" needs accurately, you will be able to complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
