Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and prevent overstocking or stockouts. Stock Coordination Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of jewellery items across various locations. Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value items to prevent damage or loss. Reporting Maintain detailed records of stock movements, including receipts, dispatches, and adjustments. Generate regular reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and trends for management review. Communication Work closely with sales, procurement, and production teams to align stock levels with business needs. Process Improvement Identify areas for improvement in stock management processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in inventory management. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewellery. Proficiency in inventory management software any. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
