The Steward and Captain will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with team members and guests. Daily tasks will include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, overseeing the dining area, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The role also involves training junior staff and coordinating with kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations.
