Key Responsibilities: - Mentor students in STEM subjects - Lead robotics & innovation sessions - Implement ABL Pedagogy & ABL Skool - Support innovative projects - Prepare students for national & international competitions - Collaborate with educators to enhance learning outcomes Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have: - STEM Education, Robotics, and Coding skills - Experience in working with students in STEM subjects - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and support innovative projects - Knowledge of 3D designing, artificial intelligence, electronics, automation, and IoT is a plus - Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field or Education - Hard-core Problem-Solver, Go Getter, And open to stretch, Taking ownership of work rather than having a typical employee mindset.
