Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the rollout of fibre projects at a zonal level, extending across districts based on project complexity and geographic size. Your primary duties will include overseeing the timely completion of fibre rollout within districts, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timelines. You will also be required to identify and collaborate with internal and external program stakeholders, assign tasks, and manage cross-functional teams consisting of both full-time employees and contractors. Moreover, you will be responsible for communicating project plans, status updates, and issues to senior management, clients, and stakeholders as necessary. You will need to make decisions at both operational and strategic levels, taking ownership of issues and tasks to ensure appropriate resolutions.
