Skills Needed Resource Management (RMG) Workforce Management (WMG) NGT (CG's Next Generation Talent Deployment) Duties Day to Day: Mentioned below SPOC for RMG calls along with Staffing Manager Track current demand till fulfillment (end to end, irrespective of whether internal or in external queue) Ensure fulfillment for the Accounts and BU by working with options within the available pool roll offs/ proactive hiring Keep a close tab on ramp-ups and ramp-downs and facilitate associate movement within the BU/ account where there are requirements/ needs across location Work closely with central recruitment team and enable them to create resource pipeline for any ad hoc or planned ramp ups in accounts as per the forecast Effective bench management, control of bench cost Work with other functions L&D on training needs for bench associates/ as per demand trend or forecast. Effective reporting data analysis i.e. reporting around all demands, status in terms of fulfilment Manage bench numbers and their deployment Infrastructure alignment/issues for people on bench Skills: talent acquisition,human resource management,workforce management,hr recruiter,
